New to me; 2010 BMW Z4 sDrive 35i DCT M-sport (E89) black sapphire metallic c. 50k miles

A bit of a change from the GT86.
I'd been looking for straight six auto as 4.1/2 years with the Toyota had taken its toll, and I needed a little more refinement and comfort in my declining years.
The search for a 23i or maybe 30i resulted in this little gem. It came onto my radar only because it was a cat D insurance write off - I'm told due to vandalism. It looks and drives fine, all the paperwork, HPI, etc. checks out so I'm happy - though I've bought the BMW comprehensive insurance warranty for a little peace of mind.

Interior is very BMW - looks and feels great, driving position is very good and infinitely adjustable in pretty much every way conceivable. Roof operation is very elegant, though the stated 19 seconds feels like an age while you're waiting. Still preferable to my old Griff lid, man-handled into the boot. The ride and handling is more GT than sports car, but that's exactly what I was looking - having north of 300 BHP and the DCT is a nice bonus.
Once I have a few miles under my belt I'll post up my thoughts, but for the moment - I'm loving it.

Beautiful motor, not sure if this is exactly the same engine as the e90 335i, but this one makes 830 WHP/900 WHP on standard internals!

No excuse not to at least remap yours then
I agree, that thing on the kidney grill is the only thing separating this from being spot on.
