Oulton RS Day Instruction

So me and Miss Bert (Jnr) will be at Oulton in my 911. We are both experienced racers and know Oulton well, but really have no idea how to get an air-cooled 911 round in a tidy fashion. So we could do with some help! Perhaps a couple of sessions of instruction each over the course of the day. Anyone got any suggestions? Anyone here want to help out (payment available!).

Bert happy to look at your car,should not take much input if you are a racer,just the quirky points on how to drive a early car.
Most early cars suffer poor set up and grip,depends what you want to get out of it.
Try Simon Mason Motorsport Tuition - local to Oulton and a good instructor/ driver coach. Has raced a 911 in Britcar and also raced a Lotus 2-11 in British GT, amongst others.
Definitely a driver coach first and foremost, though, and not a racing driver filling in time between races! There is a difference.
Also has a simulator business near Manchester so you could do a session in that first to get max value from your track time.

Google Robert Colbourn. He's an instructor at The Porsche Experience Centre but does private tuition too both on track and road if you want.
I've had a couple of instructors at PEC and I thought he was better then the other guy I had who was an ex race driver. He's made his living as an instructor rather than being a race driver who is now making his living as an instructor having retired.
I am going to book a day of fast road tuition with him this year.
