See it washed. See it washed. See it washed.

Dust can be very good at hiding this and that little scuff "that you might have done after you took it away".

If its coming from a main dealer - you should be fine with it.

Just make sure your paying the dealer for the vehicle and not the salesman for it and smile

I will see it washed when i go back down to collect, in one of the pics taken of one side of the car the paintwork looks even and reflection clear, doesent appear to be any accident damage on that side, will need to inspect the other side, would i be able to notice if it had had a bump? Like i say panel gaps match each side, would want price reducing if i notice its been repaired though
Did you ask if it had ever been in an accident?

And orange peel comes as standard on 99% of cars these days.

Did you ask if it was used as a demonstrator? Do you mind that?

I personally wouldn't presume that. Not all demo cars are exclusively used for that purpose. I've been in demos and loaners that had personal effects in and got driven home most days.

I'd usually discuss it with the dealer. I might even assume it had been.

Yes, it's his car. They can be.

I swear I've seen chat on here about ford staff getting very lucrative discount on new fords if they upgrade every year, keeps them pushing tin etc. Most likely taking advantage of that scheme, having a new fun hot hatch then punting it on at his own dealership.

I know (haven't seen him for a while) someone that works for Ford and he was using that scheme, not sure what it was called. They could have whatever car they wanted and pay very little for it. I seem to remember that they were changed based on mileage an it got to the stage where he was having a new car every 3 or 4 months and has his wife was getting one too and being change with the same regularity, it seemed like they were always in a different car. I guess it's a way of getting lots of cars registered and assume that's were most of those nearly new Fords come from.

If it's a lease deal which is available for staff above a certain grade then that's correct. As an employee purchase it's no real benefit (unless a special model) as generally available deals are better.

It'll be his.

Purchased on the Ford Privilidge scheme.

It'll still have the manufacturers warranty, if it's priced about right then go for it.

Its got an extended warranty til 2020 aswell, wouldent be keen on buying an ex demo but i dont 'think' this one is based on what i know about it, i thought an ex demo would be registered to the garage
Likely it would.

How long do you plan to keep it?
