996 Coil-Over Spring rates

I am interest to hear from those that track their 996’s in relation to the spring rates they run, particular those who use their car for the dual purpose of road & track.

I would be looking at a 70% to 30% Track v Road split, so appreciate the setup will be compromised. – I can endure a stiff ride but need the car to be drive-able at a spirited pace on British roads.

End goal would be for a progressive, predictable car.
