Yawn..

Expected that sort of answer on a single-marque forum. I'll consider it was meant in complete banter.

I know, I know - how will my poor wee M-3.2 manage, I mean it only generates 109bhp p/litre. 0-60 in 4.7, 0-100 in 10 secs, wider power band, instant throttle response and better handling should just be enough to compensate for the lack of relative torque (a mere 274lbft @ 3500 and 250lbft between 3400-6500 revs) . I've found her pretty comparable -Pity she doesn;t have a plastic body and hence weighs almost 1400 kilos..

Happy to compare notes with you TVR boys, and Macros', Porsches, Vettes. That's the point of what I'm doing: bringing different sights and sounds together.
Ideally I'd love a Callaway Vette or 'Tang Cobra SVT-R for serious grunt but more than happy with the reliability and performance of the Zee-M for now.

Already have one Chimera and RUF Porsche owner joining me. Email me if anyone is interested: jon@4to60.com

Twas in jest....

My car's not on the road again yet, but might be sort of interested when it is...but in truth I'd rather hoon around on track days than the road. There's a session organised by Dreadnought Garage at KH on April 15th in the evening. I'm away that week unfortunately, but should be quite a few 'RWD cars' there...plus I'd hazard a guess at one or two Mustang Cobra engined cars , plus TVRs, Loti and maybe even an Ultima.

I've got most of the track events I think are of interest to the TVRCC lot in the 'diary' on www.TVRCC-Scotland.co.uk. You might want to turn up at some of these. Reckon I'll still be just a spectator until well into the summer though.

Mind you, all this talk of BMWs has reminded me I'll have to do something better about the air filter on the tvrloet. Danger of mashing the valves if it sucks in one of Bavaria's finest

3.2 litres....Hmm......that's about right for 1 bank of the 'V', but what about the other bank? Lost half your engine?

Thought so,
Might do that m8.

That would be a McLaren V12 or V12 LMR then..lol

Love to see some of them beasts in action. Big fan of Ultimas for years and the bigger Marcos Matis, LM500s, racing LM600s etc

RWD

(poor old 911 turbo - wouldn't get a look in - let alone the twin turbo V8 RS6)

Good luck with the project though

I'm up for a RWD meet up.
I'll bring the old Volvo 740!

Ok can I bring the bike then?
