Ebay tactics - Q for 'experts' ?
Discussion
I'd have thought it worthwhile to split it into packages.
I'm not too sure the granite is worth anything simply due to the fact that it's expensive to work here in the UK, you'll need a fair quantity to make any use of it (for example a work top, table top) and it's impossible to match random stone samples. Also it's bloody heavy and once your purchaser adds the cost of collection/delivery it may work out cheaper to get stone/marble/granite sent from Italy.
The baths should have some value regardless of the condition of the enamel as this can be refurbished. It's worth speaking to a local reclamation centre or architectural salvage business who will be able to give an idea of price. Alternatively they may even take them off you themselves.

Also don't forget to add 'buyer collects'/'arrange your own courier' etc: you don't want post that lot! Unfortunately this will limit the appeal to nearby buyers, but you're stuck with that. Defo sell seperately. I always use 10 day auctions, for the simple reason that it gives people more time to find it.
As for starting price, you can start very low with reserve, without reserve if you feel lucky, or start at the least you'd accept. However this doesn't attract so much interest. The higher you start, the more the listing fee. Use photos to show the product nicely.
If you're worried about 0 feedback, buy a few cheap things first!

Okay, LOW start price, reserve at MINIUM you'd take.
but also GOOD photo's - REPLY to all questions
PRICE up delivery. Add 25 % put it on the advert. Someone might still want the item.
(I'm watching a brand new fuel tank in Kent, and postage is listed at 25 quid. I can get a new one for 60 quid retail, so My bid is likely to be about 15 MAX.)
and lastly
Put an Email Address in Advert. set up a free tesco one if worried about future spam.
I can't use ask the seller a question at work for some strange IT departmjent reason. So it's much better with Email address.

1) Split it up
2) Post it up for a 7 days auction on a sunday evening. I don't know why, but sunday evenings around 8-9pm seem always catch the most amount of bidders when I sell an item.
sounds strange, but it could be that time of week when most people are at home, eg the weekend kinda winding down, and preparing for Monday morning.
