Lotus Aftermarket ?!?

State-side Lotus fan here. How are you guys doing. I currently own what is in the UK called a Mitsubishi GTO ~ very heavy, but I love it. I'm currently trying to convince my father to buy an Esprit to circuit race as I barely afford even my GTO at the moment. Hey anything to get near a real Lotus right.

At any rate, I know the more exotic the car the smaller the aftermarket. The GTO aftermarket is 1/40th the size of the Mustang aftermarket . Does a Lotus aftermarket exist at all? How much could you possibly improve a Lotus anyway? If you were to buy say a pre-97 Esprit, could you possibly bump up the boost & improve the suspension?

Lotus aftermarket is alive and well. Yes you can do a lot to an Esprit.
