944 s2 Front panel?

Anyone know how to get the front panel off an S2? All I can find is 4 screws and 4 nuts but is seems to be anchored by the front wings, any ideas or am I barking up the wrong tree?

looks like you have to pop the lights up to access the remaining screws.
