5-6k daily driver suggestions?

I'm after a new daily driver, I've got loads of boring requirements but would like to keep it at least a little bit fun. Hoping you guys will think of something I've missed. We've already got a Qashqai for doing most of the family stuff but I do need to drop the kids off to childcare a couple of days a week in whatever I get.

It's replacing a 07 civic icdti

Ok so here's the list:

£6000 or less
5 seats
min 4 doors
Hatchback or Estate (something that's easy to get my bikes/kids buggies etc.)
Up to 100,000 miles
2009 or newer
£200 road tax or less
Reasonably quick (The civic was 140bph, 8.5 0-60mph)
and the last tricky one, it's got to have all the toys the Civc was the top spec ex with satnav and auto everything.

I've been looking at 320d touring's but I can only really afford the lower spec levels so it feels like a bit of a downgrade. Ideas would be appreciated.

I'd say a high spec Mondeo would be will worth a look especially in 2.2 form & they're a good steer too.
