Company car, up to £40k but max insurance group 27. Ideas?

As per title, any suggestions?
For SWMBO, her commute is 160 miles a day, so long distance comfort is important. However, it still needs to be fun to drive. Oh, and no convertibles but anything else goes! She'd probably prefer AWD or RWD, but not absolutely essential.
BIK rate not too punishing if posss....
Car needed in August this year so we need to get cracking!

I was considering a job that would involve a 140mile per day commute.
But decided that i actually like seeing my family from time to time.

Get something fast so you can see them sooner.

BIK tax should be reasonable, no seats are more comfortable than a volvo and although they're likely FWD they're not too bad IMO

Other than that a BMW 330e?
