Not sure if this is better in here on in the Finance thread, but does anyone know Le Col and have any views they'd care to share, please?

thanks in advance.

Thank you. I had missed the previous post. They are close to meeting their fundraising target but I agree their stuff is pricey!

I am, quite frankly, staggered that they're almost at the £1m target. I got hold of their prospectus and reviewed their accounts (including the handily included accounts in Italian with no translation) and the business plan is crazily optimistic. They've been around for a number of years and done nothing and yet predict sales of 27x their current level in 5 years' time. The jump in their revenues a few years ago was nothing to do with their cycle clothing business and all to do with an investment in a factory in Italy (which was already doing work for others) and which is worth about £8k on the balance sheet of their parent company. Since their cycle clothing business is hand stitched, I suspect said factory is a room in Italy with a couple of sewing machines in it. If any person who has invested ever sees a penny again, I will be very surprised.

Not sure their target market is as I'm 89kg and they are sending me out 3xl top to replace the 2xl top that's so tight it hurts to breathe. On the plus side customer service is excellent.
