octavia vrs is this a good lease deal?

hi, long time lurker first time poster on the forum

been meaning to get a lease deal for the wife before her current cars (old style fabia vrs) next mot, i'd seen loads of what looked like good mini deals in nov/dec but unfortunately i've missed the boat as these all seem to be gone now and the prices have gone up substantially!

i've now seen that simpsons skoda are running this deal on the octavia vrs here , for 10k p/a, would this be considered a good deal?

Looks quite reasonable to me except its a diesel.

Is there a particular time of year that's best for deals in general? When say a new reg is due out or end of the financial year etc?
