Ok except for trips to IKEA etc but you get the idea! smile

Really warming to this car - huge breadth of abilities. Turn the dial to sport mode and all hell breaks loose too.

Of course! I wouldn't be without some of the others no question,

But this is all you really NEED. I couldn't use a CGT or 73RS for example every day.

This s all you need Rob.

When the van broke down, filled her up with tools and off I went. The customer and other trades onsite were slightly surprised with my 'works van' biggrin

Yep, that's my choice too.

Bloody good though, the 991 Turbo. In terms of being a daily driver, it is a big step on from the 997 due to the refinement and toys like the radar cruise. Combined with the stunning lap times it's put in, quite a car.

I think it would actually be the only 911 i'd have as a convertible, as that's another box ticked.

Doesn't need to be a Turbo, even a plain vanilla C2 is a remarkably practical proposition for a proper sports/GT. But, not as an 'only' car.

I've been most impressed by the Macans for any and everything, and drives nicer than the current Cayennes - although the imminent 'all new' Cayenne might be interesting - if it isn't too big.

New Panamera is too big, but rumoured baby Panamera (3-5 series rival) could be the one.
