If someone bought me one of these I'd love them for it. It feels a bit extravagant to buy for yourself when blood, sweat and tears will get the job done, but it's the perfect genuinely useful gift for an MTBer.

Bikes are for riding, not for cleaning! A little wipe down with a wet cloth from time to time is about all that's needed, beyond looking after the chain and, if rim brakes, the braking surfaces.
What sort of poor deranged creature gets up of a morning, opens the garage, looks at their bike and thinks "Ooh yeah, I really fancy cleaning that"!!
