PCGB Thames Valley - this Sunday

Anyone here going to PCGB meet this Sunday? It's my first (oooer!) so if any PH'ers are going maybe i can meet you there?
I've been involved with various car clubs before and i find that some are genuine enthusiasts and some are very clicky (cliquey? sp?) - anyone know what this lot are like?

I can't make this Sunday, but I thought the meets were mostly regional. I am Region 19 (r19) Thames Valley, I believe.

Same as Domster. We're region 19 too. But have never gone along to a meet. If you go - do report back won't you.

R19 doesn't seem as "active" as some. But that could just be that they're having a great time and don't bother to write about it in Porsche Post.

All I will say is that the Track Days I have been along to have been very friendly, competently run, "sportmanlike" affairs where off-track people are genuine and friendly and on-track are polite and safe.

That reminds me. I'll have to update my profile pic as although I still own both the cars I no longer own the *drive* their on.

PCGB R19 meet -
A few cars turned up, and a few nice people, everyone chatted in the car park, looked at cars, had a drink, etc.
Friendly people, nice atmosphere, great pub, nice car park, fantastic weather.
I recommend anyone in the area go to the next one.
October one is at Club HQ, but R19 meet continues from 1st Sunday of November again.
