What has happened to the quote and formatting on the forum?

Hi there, just replied to a thread and enclosed a quote in my reply and it would seem the formatting is broken and I can't seem to figure out what has gone wrong with it, though have noticed the same issue on a few other user posts. Have you been tinkering with the formatting controls?

Might be worth investigating to see what has gone wrong with it!
