Waterproof dog coat

Never thought I'd have a dog that would need one, but..

Leo's fur seems to act like a neoprene wetsuit - takes all the water in for his body to heat up, but then takes bloody hours to dry.

Any recommendations?
Waterproof and as tough as possible more important than warmth.

Seems to be zillions out there, ranging from £10 - £100, but don't mind paying for a good one.

Not sure I'd need one so complete - was thinking just for the body but also to cover his belly.

Those sizes on that suit - measured Leo's back at 25" but that puts him into Golden Retriever size, when he's actually more border collie size (and 15.5 kgs).

Dogrobe looks a promising alternative.

If I'm doing a pavement walk I've got a couple of Hurtta raincoats, they are fleece lined with a belly flap that's secured round the middle of the dog. Might be worth a look, they're quite good quality.

Lots of people in the dog group I'm in rave about equafleeces but I had a look and wasn't convinced although the full suit does cover a lot of the dog so much less dog cleaning required (which is my main aim).

I ended up buying the Ruffwear Aira because I like all of the Ruffwear kit that I've bought so far (harnesses, collars, leads) and the Aira had a slot for the harness lug to go through. I then also bought a Ruffwear Cloud Chaser which has a flexible fleece lining and front sleeves so warmer and more coverage for the extra muddy/cold walks. Both are well made so are probably worth considering.

Weatherbeeta make horse rugs (amongst other things) and the same materials go into the dog ones. I know first hand as my other half works for them. Don't be put off by the prices, they are much better than the price suggests. They come in different styles and weights depending on the application. Our ABBBD has two and even she hasn't managed to damage one yet!
