Modern Petrol Estate/SUV

I need some help finding my next car. Due to a change in job I need to buy something less that 6-7 years old and I'd like it to be a petrol estate. It seems it's pretty slim pickings.

So far I have:

Merc C/E Class
BMW 3/5
Honda Accord

I'd like to avoid any VAG products as the TSI engines have issues.

Budget sub £10k if poss.
