Help ID-ing a Watch (This one should work!)

Seems the forum was broken earlier today and now I'm unable to delete the other two threads which were corrupted.
So seen a watch someone had on which caught my eye and wondered if any of you watch connoisseurs would be able to shed any light on manufacturer?
Black silicon strap.
The face I can only describe as looking like the Black and Red dartboard on Bullseye

It has some sort of kinetic movement as when the wearer moves their wrist, the black and red of the face spins about behind the watch face.
Chunky looking dark grey looking bezel.
Didn't get a look at the logo from the distance and doing a Google search for "Black and Red moving watch face" brings up far too many hits.
