My sister in laws father has one of these in green.

Went in a run in it the other day, lovely bit of kits and fair nips on for the size of it.

I don't want an SUV, but if I did it would be one of these as it's by far the best looking one.

Lots of them around my way and I like the look of them. Is the entertainment/nav any better nowadays on Jags?

It's been said a million times a colour can make or break a car. I was alongside a black F-Pace in a 5mph motorway crawl the other day, a 2 litre model with smaller wheels than yours, it looked nothing special at all. Your car however looks superb, the wheels, the coloured calipers and body colour look superb. Great choice

You now have two choices, where once there was only one and lump it.

The JLR standard nav sadly is as slow as it ever was.

However, they now have a solution with the new In Touch Control Pro, which is full screen, iPad type zooming, just as if you were looking at Google images on your PC, choice of routes to go, fastest or preferred, adding waypoints easily etc.

As part of the FP pack, you also lose the physical dials, instead getting a black panel in front of the driver which can be various dial option on the sat nav map in glorious technicolor.

I have taken a picture below on the dual screen, with a satellite view as an example.

No doubt it looks great but not my cup of tea, not a lot of 4x4 are.

I'd definitely buy one over a chavtastic Evoque or a poverty spec Disco

I really like these, a friend of mine is getting one soon. I also see from the screen you're around Leatherhead, i'm from Bookham myself!

I've seen loads and loads of these around Coventry, and every single one has been the 2 litre diesel rattler and most have been a drab colour. I think the colour you've gone for would be my choice too, the car looks good enough to pull it off.

Nice! Can the dash screen also show sat nav? The centre console one looks very low down?

so still 20 years behind waze and google maps then smile

i would spec the car with the real dials, i really dislike digital ones, especially as they are cheaper to make than dials

aside that, much want, with the 380bhp petrol engine of course biggrin

Damned by faint praise??

But I agree. I don't want a faux x 4, but if I did it might well be an F-Pace.

Really nice, really nice actual colour too, seen a load of the purple/blue which is nice but a bit OTT, for me at least.

What engine is it?

Looked at one this weekend in white - which also looked stunning.

Really quite tempted.

The old Jag/Land Rover sat nav system has been updated and seems much better.

Cheers for all your comments, some questions answered...

It is the 3 litre diesel 300ps
Yes you can have the sat nav in full in place of the dials, ala Audi virtual cockpit
Standard dials are not great, the upgrade is worth it, not just for the central unit that does a whole lot more than the standard unit, but the black panel display in front of the driver is totally configurable to dials/computer/media/sat nav in various ways
I am in Sussex actually, map happened to pinch to leatherhead!
