Aquaracer fault - advice needed
Discussion
After some advice on here earlier in the year, I bought my wife her first decent watch as an Anniversary present.
It's a TAG Heuer Aquaracer, and was from Goldsmiths.
She is really pleased with it and I think it looks stunning.
After 6 weeks, part of the TAG Heuer badge on the face came loose and was 'floating' around the inside of the watch.
Needless to say we were both really disappointed, but after getting such a good service from Goldsmiths at the time, my wife took it back but was told that it would have to be sent back for repair (4 to 6 weeks) and there would be no replacement in the meantime.
She agreed to this, but I think this is poor service from Goldsmiths and poorer service from TAG.
Am I being over the top or should I just suck it up?
TIA
