Just seen a nice cheap little Seiko watch online however it's a metal strap and i'd rather have it with a leather strap.

Is it possible to have a jewellers do this or would I be asking for trouble?

Dead easy job, though I wouldn't take it to the likes of H Samuel and co. Find a reputable independent in your home town or area and you may find they'll do it while you wait - shouldn't take more than a few minutes.

Edit - type in "watch bracelet removal" or "watch strap change" on YouTube, you may fancy having a go yourself smile

Ok cheers. It is nice enough as it is I just think it would look nicer with a leather strap.

Any half decent jeweller will have a selection of aftermarket straps to choose from and will be able to advise on sizes etc.
