Identify this 1970's Omega?

Hi folks,

My uncle was bought this watch as a gift for his 21st in approx 1976. Could anyone identify the specific model? It's not working at the moment so I'd like to ascertain the cost of recommissioning it!

It's a stainless steel Omega Geneve on a stainless bracelet from around 1976. Maybe an OM1012.

The Geneves were a budget line.

Should be a fairly basic automatic movement, a service will probably get it back in shape and shouldn't cost the earth.

I have one exactly the same. Model number is at the top of the receipt.
