Citizen Red Arrows or Seiko Solar Alarm Chronograph

Looking to buy a new watch and like the look of these two.

The Seiko is the more expensive watch (rrp) but I can't decide if I like the Citizen design more. Having quite small wrists I am thinking the Seiko might be a better fit for me though.

Which would you lot choose.

Seiko for me; better watch, better value.

Big fan of Seikos - that's a gem. I like the red arrows influence on the citizen, but it is a bit busy for me

In the end I went with.... neither.

Whilst having a look on Amazon earlier I spotted this one and have just put in the order now.
