Hi

I would use the site search function but it doesn't seem to be working at the moment.

My nearest Ferrari specialist is Kent High Performance Cars. With regard to buying a car from them and their after sales service, I am hoping to get a feeler for whether they are well thought of or not.

Also, if anyone can recommend any other specialists near Kent I would appreciate it.

I visited this company and they dont offer test drives unless you pay a deposit !

3 month warranty was offered around 2 years ago.

Set up looks good and they sell the majority of the cars on behalf of owners.
Service bay is impressive but the Sales staff are an aquired taste !
Arthur seemed polite enough though.

Plenty of cars on display.

I bought my 355 from Foskers last year. I had no problems with the purchase and the after sales has been good so far although that only amounts to one service.

I don't usually participate in "what do you think of X company" type threads but when I saw KHPC mentioned I thought I'd chip in.

I've used Kent High Performance for a while and I can't speak highly enough of them.

From personal experience, they really do go the extra mile and pull out all the stops to ensure their customers are happy and I personally wouldnt ever consider using anyone else.

I consider myself a "customer for life" due to the high level of customer care and honesty that I've received from them and will hopefully be sourcing my next car from them and have them look after that as well.

I'd highly recommend arranging a trip to see them to look around and talk cars and you'll probably meet Ben & Simon in the showroom, and Roger, Alastair and the guys in the workshops who I'm sure will be more than happy to discuss anything with you and let you look around.

I'm sure you'll find the experience as good as I have.

Thanks for the replies.

Justin: I know what you mean about negative threads on companies but I am just really after some feelers and hopefully reassurance.

I am potentially looking at spending a lot more on a car than I have previously, and having been let down by a dealer before, I am a bit nervous. Still, that was an Alfa dealer, and I am hoping that I will not have to repeat that level of 'customer service' with Ferrari specialists.

Just Check the length of warranty and the type of cover you receive when buying from any Dealer.

I bought my Dino from Foskers at Brands Hatch. They gave me a years warranty and the things that went wrong were fixed without fuss.

So far I have no complaints (After nearly 18 months)
