Where to obtain a valuation for insurance purposes

I've got my Caterham insured through Footman James with an agreed value however they require a Vehicle Condition Report to be completed by an independent valuer. By their definition, this would be a car club official, restorer, valuer, specialist dealer or other reputable person who may have inspected the vehicle. I purchased the car through Caterham Midlands so not sure if this precludes me from using Caterham South (technically not the same dealer?).

Can anyone suggest where I might find someone who would fit the definition in the Surrey (Guildford) area?
