Any recommendations in Regensburg

Can anyone recommend good places to visit, places to eat in Regensburg? We are visiting in two weeks time.

We particularly want to find a Brauhaus or similar with good traditional food and maybe even a little music.

There are places directly by the river. However for a cosy beer garden at an original "Keller" - where they used to store beer from the brewery in caves hammered into the rock - try the Spitalkeller. It is a five minutes walk from the center, or park there. It is family-owned and -run... by my family, although they are quite distant relatives.
