Any ides on this vintage watch?

My Dad has just sent me a couple of pictures of a vintage watch. There's no branding, it only says 'Swiss Made'. Looks quite military to me, being covered. Any suggestions as to what it is, what it's worth etc? The watch next to it is a 20 year old Breitling, so it's fairly small. Note i haven't seen it in person, only the pictures here. Thanks
