Any recommendations over where to buy (not Halfords!) decent car products. Sure there must be some good places that I could go along to and buy over the counter.

Shinaerama - used to be good but believe that they have ceased trading.

Euro Car Parts sometimes have some basic bits in stock if you're after over counter shops

Awesome GTI stock Poorboys stuff and open on a Saturday (for limited hours) if you're willing to go that far...would love to know of a closer alternative with more variety.
