Hard choice, I'd say Subaru, got talking to the owner for quite a while, very nice chap, and has put a lot of effort into the wagon. Subtle changes only a car enthusiast would notice, but very big enough changes to make it stand out at the same time.

All are lovely, but I'd have voted for the BBR'd MX-5 or the red Escort Cossie.

It would have been the Cossie or the Vauxhall Carlton for me. The Golf was a very close third though.

The scooby was lovely, the attention to detail on the swap of saloon rear arches was fantastic, and the colour really set it off.

The mk1 golf looked great as well, as did the DC5 'teg type R and very stock looking black Supra parked opposite.

I think Gary's Subaru was the best car for me because all the hard work he done himself to achieve the wheel arch look and wide track to rear to such a high standards. Great colour (Porsche GT Grey)
And love the wheels.

Voted for the golf, as looks most original smile
(apart from the show plates... We saw a British guy with similar receive a right rollocking at the Nurburgring car park, from the German Police for having the D format on a non German car. they made him cover the D symbol before allowing him to go!)

Although mines is nominated my favourite out of all was the escort cosworth, which I liked even more as it drove away, the sound of the straight cut box just does it for me.
