Just about to order from eliseparts and as I'm a bit of a tech numptie wondering if the extra tenner on the silicon hose is worth it.

I know silicon is better at high temps but is it really worth it as more than a cosmetic item in this case?

Well, it's done. Silver with the black std hose. Had there been a black silc option I'd have probably got it but seeing as the only colour in the engine bay is yellow at the mo' I don't want to clutter it with blue or red.

Here's hoping it'll be nice and dry next weekend and I'll get to try and fit it then! My first attempt at a mod

Good luck with that S works - as you know I've had mine on since December and it is a great mod.

Hopefully the fitting will go OK for you!
