Black is THE colour for the 430 i think, simply as it hides the front bumper air-intakes and makes the rather weird arches above the rear wheels a bit easier to take in. It does look stunning... but i still think it'll be seen as the wannabe-Enzo with the rear lights arrangement.

First pictures of the 430 where I have actually thought 'wow'.

Black is definately the way to go with this one.

Couldn't agree more.

So that solves one problem, colour. Now the other problem....cash!

Ah most agree that the colour is fab.

So is it now the time for 'Ferrari re-sale black' and will those with rosso cars get a lesser trade-in? Or will the legions of rosso-lovers keep the red cars favourable come re-sale?

Apparently Rosso and tan / black is what virtually all first time Ferrari owners go for. People who have had a few are the ones who tend to get bored and order different colours.

It comes to something when a £130+ Ferrari can be described as a wannabe car!

I'd still buy a lightly used Murcielago for similar money though.

That looks lovely.. though black is a biatch to keep clean so it won't look like that for long !

I still think there's too much space under those wheel arches.. wonder if you can order larger wheels for it.

He's right. My gallardo is a battle to keep clean....but it's a nice job trying.

The third picture down has won Ferrari an order.

Should add a premium to Nero 355 prices

That 430 really is a stunning car in black though

if only Ferrari could get of their backside and supply the damn cars in the timeframe stipulated!

Now Im really off !
The Black is stunning.

Shame the brand is too bloody arrogant and with such an awful customer service.
I prefer the 430 to the 360 anyday . But still not as beautiful as the 355 IMO.

Pete

I know what you are saying, but I would put that to one side and get one..........you will soon forget their stuffy dont give a shit attitude when you are redlining it!!!
As normally happens with Ferrari, the waiting list will shrink once the premium goes, you will get one sooner than you think.

Matt
