Hi all,

For any Wheels Day attendees (in Aldershot on Good Friday) who are not going to the breakfast club meet at Virginia Water - a few of us are going to meet up at 8am at Farnborough Gate Retail Park to grab a coffee at either Costa (if it's open that early on a BH) or McDonalds (24hrs).

Farnborough Gate retail park is located between the A331 and the A325 on the north side of Farnborough. If you're coming down the A331 from the M3, it's the second exit (stay in left hand lane under the first bridge you pass). If you're heading up the A331 from Farnham, it's the same exit as Frimley & Frimley Park Hospital.

There is loads of free car parking on site, we can all park outside Costa even if it's closed, McDonalds is directly adjacent to it.

We'll be leaving at 8.30am to head over to Rushmoor Arena, which is only a 10 minute cruise from there. If you can't make coffee at 8am, it would be great to build a small convoy of 'Stangs at 8.30am.

Hope to see as many of you there as possible!

Sorry not applicable to your meet subject but Wheelsday in general.

I had to look up to make sure it was going ahead after last years fairly disastrous turnout.

Yes the weather was bad but the field was barely 1/4 full.

Hoping for a much better day next Friday.

My mate might be showing his Hot rod bought last year.

Not sure, sorry. The gates open for the pre-booked cars from 8.30am, so would guess it's between 9am-10am.

I believe Friday is going to be best of the 4 days.

Fingers crossed.

I think the weather is fine for tomorrow, it's just a question of how much today's rain mucks up the arena ...

10:00am

The entry limit has been raised from 500 to 750 cars this year, so the turnout should be bigger.

Cool pics, Iva. I did look out for the wee Fiat but musta missed it/you. That Diamond T three-axle was one of my Things of The Day, soooooo cool. Somehow, I completely missed the pickup with all the airbrushing confused . The green Hellcat gave me trouser problems all day lick Thanks for taking a snap of my mate OJ's beach buggy (with the BMX and supermarket trolley roofrack. Unbelievable as it sounds, he uses it too... once went to Northampton and back (from Surrey). No roof, no doors, no windscreenyikes
