How hard is it to play this piano track?

Not that hard. A few years, 6 hours a day, every day, starting with scales and arpeggios and you might play it that well once you've learned to sight read (or memorised it). Assuming you have good ears, feel, decent timing... and a grand piano.

ETA - the tricky bit is when you have to do it with an audience and/or 2 microphones over your head.

it's about grade 6 in technical difficulty. It can be played on any piano, upright, digital, grand. So depends on your current level.
I'm grade 8 and it would take me about a month going through it an hour a day.
My piano teacher played it perfectly after looking through it once !!
