Anybody out there interested in Noble (Ferrari) P4 replicas ? (I know Lee Noble would sooner put them behind him ...). Got one ? - or just wanna chat ? There's a pic of mine currently on 'PistonHeads' on the Stoneleigh 2002 page. Bloody awful photo ....

Not seen any before, are there many around? Any for sale? What are they like etc etc

Maybe PetrolTed would like to do a review of them if you have one to lend him - or maybe you could do the write up and pics for him??

Where's this Stoneleigh picture, I can't find it.

Can't say I've ever seen one but it looks a nice car.

Hi, Terry -
Close ! This is actually a Foreman P4 - the present incarnation of the kit - and subtly different in many ways from the original Noble P4's. Check out Neil Foreman's website at: www.nfauto.co.uk
This particular car belongs to my old friend and club stalwart, Mike Hammond. Taken at Brooklands this year ?
Myself and a couple of the other guys were doing a local show, othewise we'd have been there too ....

Hi, Graham.
If you're in Holland - it's unlikely you will have seen any. As far as I know there are only 2 in the Netherlands - a Noble in Vlissingen and a Foreman P4 in Fijnaart. They're pretty rare beasties ! I am the secretary to the P4 Replica Register. Check out our website at: www.p4replica-register.org.uk. Some of the details on the web page are a bit out of date - I now have records of 50 cars worldwide.
How much ? Depends on spec. A basic PRV V-6 engined car could be as cheap as 20K pounds. If one of the Ferrari V-12 powered cars came up, you could be looking at 80K ! What they like to drive ? A hoot ! Chassis is akin to an Ultima - and with so much prettier bodywork - need I say more ?
I think the old Noble P4's like mine have been reviewed to death in the Kit-Car magazines of the late 80's and early 90's. There have been recent reviews of Foreman P4's in Auto Italia, and other recent kit car mags, too. If anybody wants to see some in the flesh, there should be at least half a dozen of us at C&SC Action Day at Castle Combe on Saturday, 31st August .....
