Jean-Michel Jarre Electronica tour - anyone going?

Just bought my tickets for Leeds First Direct Arena in the pre-sale.

Yep! Just booked for the O2 Arena - really looking forward to it!!

Booked for Brighton Centre, thought I'd missed the presale so really pleased. Hoping he might have a few guests from Electronica 1 and 2 coming along as well.

Apparently he is also playing some festival (Bluedot) at Jodrell Bank.

I went to Paris when he played at La Defense on Bastille Day in about 1990 - absolutely awesome experience!

Got a ticket for the NEC this morning.

Last saw him at Docklands which was a milestone experience in my teenage years.

Yes, got tickets earlier this week in block A2.

I saw the Docklands concert from outside, went to the Wembley Europe in Concert in 93, Oxygene at the Albert Hall, and the recent ones at Wembley Arena and the O2 in 2010.

Seems to be playing the Saturday night at Jodrell Bank.

They did concerts there 2 or 3 times a year for 2 or 3 years. I saw the Australian Pink Floyd Show supported by Hawkwind, Richard Norris' The Time and Space Machine and The Lucid Dream.

It's a great venue, stage set up by the Lovell telescope which is used as a rather large projector screen https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=au3t9J2NiZU

You can also get access to the visitor centre and they also had other science based stands and stalls dotted around.

They seen to have now made it into a single weekend festival of music and science.


Might get a day ticket for the saturday.
