Leaky air conditioning on Abarth 500 - possible cause?

Hey guys
My abarth 500 in for an service at moment and it was noticed that the air conditioning was completely empty and I mean completely empty.
I got the car two years ago and noticed it wasn't working then. Got it recharged and thought it would be fine. They had some dye put in it. My mechanic is gonna have a look at it further but is there any usual places on an abarth where it could completely leak from?
Car is 2010 Abarth 500.
