FN2 Type-R water temp?

Hi guys, just bought an FN2 Type-R which I love. However the water temp never gets to halfway, just over a third in once fully warmed up. It heats up quick enough (within 8 minutes) but id expect it to sit at halfway. Is this a "feature"?

Yeah that sounds about right, somewhere between 1/3 and 1/2 (or both of ours are equally broken )

generally most honda cars sit just below the halfway mark

usual honda issue is the thermostat ... have had to replace a few during my years of honda ownership
