Hello everyone!

I've not long had my GS300 so i thought i would start one of these straight away so i can keep it up to date from the very start! Any ideas, critisism, hint & tips welcomes biggrin

This is how i first bought my GS last week!

This will be a sort of budget thread! From what i can see most parts seem to come from the US or japan anyway so postage costs i'm sure will become a PITA eventually!

The previous owner has done a few bits already:
Front strut brace
Rear strut brace
Aftermarket head unit with GPS
And a few visual mods like carbon fiber wrapped spoiler & door pillars & wind deflectors

All i have done so far is give her a good clean and changed the side repeaters to clear ones... its the little touches that count! And i am in the middle of picking up some new speakers etc to update the cars sound system! thumbup

These GSs are great looking cars, excellent to see one getting plenty of attention.

I do like these, although I prefer the MK I Sport and often find myself looking for one as a lazy bargey car for longer drives.

Yours looks great though and love the colour, they have a nice presence and decent engine to boot smile

Thank you all very much! smile

It drives lovely even for a 1999! I know the previous owner who had the car for 9 years and was a perfectionist when it came to looking after his toys! biggrin

I think they're quite underrated- we've had our 99 Aristo (JDM Turbo version) for 16 years and it still a lovely thing to barge about in. Goes well too.

Now that is a motor that i would love! Same engine as the twin turbo supra! It may be a far away dream though to import one of those from japan! smile This will do me lovely seems as i managed to get it for £1500!

How much do these gs300 sports go for? It runs like new! but then again i know the person who has had it for the past 10 years and has kept great care of it!

Got myself some new goodies through the post!

Something to replace the 16+ year old speaker system that is currently in the car! I'm no car audio pro but fingers crossed a few sunny days and i will be good to go!
