Workshop or garge space needed

I'm looking for some workshop or garage space so I can make a start on my project car, an Alfa 145.

I need to remove the engine and gearbox, do some welding and prep the bodywork to respray (off site).

Does anyone know of one that I can share or jointly rent cheaply? Ideally it would be located near Botley, Hedge End, West End or Bitterne area of Southampton. It'll also need to be dry, secure and have power supply.

I don't want much I know, but any help would be appreciated.

There's a farm shop at the bottom of Upper Northam Drive, try there.

Or next to Trophy man in Sholing there was one empty when I looked.

Lots of dosh tho.

Upper Northam Drive. Wasn't that the place that mostly burnt a few years ago?
