I think its a spare fob for your PVTS.

That's two tracker cards - once the system is activated you need to take one of them with you when you drive the car.

If you don't, the system will assume the car is being stolen, and you will get a call from the Tracker Response team on your designated number, asking if your car is ok!

Makes sense - in all these years I never realised that trackers required this, I simply thought if it was stolen you phone up tracker and they activate a signal. Guess this is more effective as it proactively alerts tracker.
