They always offered something different, if that remains then still happy. It was very rare for me to lookon Chain Reaction for MTB components and find them cheaper on wiggle, but I did have a wiggle account as often road stuff was cheaper.

Wondered what people's experiences have been so far?

Mine is that service has dropped of a cliff for Chain Reaction, in the past say a year ago place an order and within an hour or so you'd get an email saying dispatched and the item you be at your door two days later. Now your lucky to get your item dispatched in 3 days even if it's listed as plenty in stock. Rather disappointing as ordered an item Sunday night I wanted to be able to get from a click and collect on Friday but still no dispatched email as of today :-(

I haven't anything to compare with having not ordered from either before, but I ordered a couple of things from Chain Reaction on Tues 21st March to the value of just over a tenner for free delivery and they were with me on Thursday 23rd March. Wiggle were just as good a couple of days later, ordered an Endura Pac-A-Mac which was reduced to £13, ordered on Thursday 23rd, they said delivery would be the following Tuesday and it arrived on the Saturday (25th).

Ordered something from Chain Reaction on Friday morning, dispatched Friday afternoon on Collect+ 24.

Might finally be delivered today.

Really not sure what the "24" bit of Collect+ 24 relates too

Stuff from Wiggle turns up a lot quicker, and usually with a bag of Haribo for the wife and kids to fight over!

Oh yes, reminds me, only disappointment with my Wiggle order was the lack of Haribo!

I jokingly complained to them before abouyt the lack of haribo in a large order.
They apologised and sent one out a day or so later.

Wiggle are imo much better than CRC and deliver much more quickly

Must admit I have used Wiggle fairly regularly over the last few years and more often than not, qualified for Platinum discount. However, I have noticed a slow down of the standard delivery. I quite often used to recieve goods in 2-3 days, now it's nearer a week.

Ordered three items from wiggle in the past week. All came within two days. Only one had haribos! Not quite as impressed that one came
in bubble wrap rather than the official box and that the returns process is not quite so fast.
