How would I go about obtaining a contact address/number
for the CEO or Head of Ops UK for the for mentioned Company. I wish to make a complaint, I won't bore you with details but needless to say I've been fobbed off too much by lesser employee's.

Just been through the same. Had a result after writing to:

HERTZ (U.K.) LIMITED
34-62 STAINES ROAD
HOUNSLOW
MIDDLESEX
TW3 3LZ

which is their address registered at companies house.

Good luck. It took ages to get a reply in part because I think their customer relations teams are actually based in Eire... but I eventually got a result (the fax number there is 00 353 1 813 1525).
