RossoPaul and I will be at the Elephant and Castle tonight for drinks + food. The pub is near Harpenden/Wheathampstead (TVRCC Herts. meeting point, so that's easy access from the M1 and the A1.

All welcome Let's see if we can get a few cars around this car park at such short notice!

The place can be tricky to find so I'll post a Multimap link later on.

I am easy on the time - Stef's got to attend a late night function so I'm in no rush! I guess, I'll probably stick around till 22:00 / 22:30.
I'll mail you my mobile number if you want to find out nearer the time...

According to the beeb, the skies should clear up this afternoon. Plus I'd really enjoy a passenger ride in your Caterham

Are non-TVR owning PH'ers allowed to come down and have a sniff around the machinery on show??

What sort of time are you going to be there from? I might be in the area and could drop in for a drink...

Nice to meet all you guys & your cars. Maybe something to do again sometime soon.
David, I was going to email you the picture of the griff engine but your email link in your profile doesn't seem to be working...(Ted??). So here it is. Email me if you need a bigger (2048x1536) picture.

Impressive turn-out for a Monday, with 5 lovely cars burbling around Herts, driven by 5 Phers!
This Caterham is something! And I thought TVR's were raw
Definitely something to be repeated!

Cheers

Not a bad gathering for such short notice. Good to meet some new faces (to me).
Perhaps we could make it an occasional meet at different locations - where next?

Thanks Maarten...just what I needed. The file size is fine.

Good to see everyone. The sound, as we left (sorry Angus, not you, you'd already gone) of a Red Rose Cerb, Griff and Chim all hareing off into the Hertfordshire night made me grin all the way back to London (even though they had closed the A1(M) southbound ). Jeez I love these cars.

I'm on for another trip. There are some fabulous looking pubs on that road from Hitchin to Codicote (sp?). Paul, Angus....your call.

Oi Roms, you calling my car raw.............it's not raw, it's sofistikated (said in the voice of Waynetta Slag)

Yeah ... as they say "Happiness is a car called Caterham with a racing exhaust!". Just get these 1000 miles clock-up quickly I can't wait to hear it full song
