Mobile Body Repair?

Does anyone have any experience with mobile body repair services? Are they any good? or am I better off finding a decent bodywork shop nearby? Theres some minor cosmetic work I wanted doing - mainly stonechip stuff on the rear arches, a small spilt on the back of the arch and a small dent in the bonnet which looks like it will come out easily - so nothing major...

I used dent masters for a selfinflicted couple of dents on my mx5 some months ago fantastic job ,no paint needed etc v happy with it
