1999, automatic, full cream leather, heated seats, mmmm, 2 owners- same family, full service history. 4 new tyres at time of purchase, 10 months MOT. Granted I bought it through a family connection but it has got to be the best £350 ever spent. Lovely wafting and kick down is surprisingly effective! Bit juicy at 24 mpg's mixed driving. It's a keeper. I've just got to get rid of the C180 it replaced now!
This is my second C240. Had a 1998 C240 Sport in Midnight black a few years back. That one was £650 and I did 35k in it before the gearbox chewed itself. The Elegance is a nicer ride due to the softer springs. I will have a C43 AMG one day in the same model. May have to spend more than £350 though! Cheers.
