Aaaarrghhh.....you're a God with that thing!! You're gonna end up costing me a fortune at VMAX's. I can see it now.

Fantastic pics, fantastic car. Better than a lot of publicity and magazine shots if I may say.....

I agree. Good enough for a magazine cover, and way better than Lamborghini's own publicity shots for the Gallardo (which are strangely poor). Sent 'em to Sant'Agata!

Even better shots than expected TD, well done......

I was interest to find out after you had spent a few days with the car, whether you had got it out of your system...or now just had to get a Gallardo by any means?

If that was enough of a fix, it works out at a cheap way to try the car rather than buy / insure / sell on.

Pretty much well ticked off on the "been there done that" list now mate. Don't get me wrong, I loved it and it was great to drive but it just didn't get under my skin enough that I ache for one. Believe me, after 700 mostly a & b road miles I'd like to think I'm pretty familiar with the G now. Its a combination of things really, but mainly I was disappointed by the steering which didn't connect the way I expected. Maybe a bit too much Audi inside too, but that's oft said of the G anyway. But by christ is it fast A truly devastating x-country tool, dare I say maybe even marginally faster than a 996TT due to the extra power and immediacy of the normally aspirated power delivery.
Now the 355 I had for a weekend a couple of years ago - now thats a different story. I really DO want one of them badly.....

Trackdemon, please report back in a month on this. I felt the same way after the first test drive (admittedly not as long as yours!), decided it wasn't for me, and then somehow couldn't get it out of my head! You've captured the car though in your description of its cross country ability. And done a great service to inspire others to get a taste of the car in tne way you just have.
