I recieved this e-mail about my Maserati today : It is the 2nd one so far. Not that anyone wouldn't see through it, but if you havent seen one before, and it was written a little better, you might think it was genuine. The fact that the description is transcribed from the autotrader heading and the fact they are called Mr & Mrs Warmer, whereas the e-mail address was Warner, sort of gives it away. Obviously Ted has lots of resource on this on the site, and apologies if it is old hat and has been posted before. I believe it to be part of the scam whereby they send you a draft for more than the car's value asking you to refund the difference. Anyway be dubious.

Very funny I have to say - when I got mine I sent a one-liner back and it ended with 'off'
