Dakar Rally - live coverage?

Any one have ideas as to how to watch the Dakar live in the UK? It seems Eurosport may hold the rights so the (admittedly excellent) evening show may be all we can get.
I note that a French website broadcasts live, but for geographical reasons I cannot watch it - could a techie explain how to 'persuade' my iPad and/or laptop that it could actually be en France?
It would be good to watch some action as it happens rather than highlights.

I'm getting a live update feed from the app and website. The highlights show is too short and very light on content in my opinion, considering how much must be shot each day.
