Not talking cars but blokes...... and I'm not suggesting that any PHers do it. But will someone tell me why when it gets a bit hot some blokes insist on removing their shirts. Even if they have a six pack like Brad Pitt, I don't want to see it in Tescos or the pub or the street - leave it for the beach pleeeeeeze.

Why have a six-pack, when you can have a full barrel?

Where I live, it seems any 17 year old male worth his salt walks around with his shirt off, baggy jeans slung low to show off his underpants and with a menacing scowl on his face (so he thinks). Some of them even drive their lowered Novas like it. Unfortunately, they're all so undernourished and weedy (no doubt due to eating crisps and playing video games) that they look utterly pathetic. ah, The folly of youf.

Ahhh, yes the low slung baggy touser. A friend who is , apparently, down wiv tha yoof, tells me this is called 'jaillin', as in american prisons (probably UK ones as well) they remove your belt to prevent you from hanging yourself. Hence the low slung trousers. I understand that buggery is also popular in american prisons, but I am not sure that will catch on. Ditto the practise known as 'tossing the salad'.

Mervynp, can you explain why some of da youf is rollin up one trouser leg but not da other? I has heard it is because they do that in prison when they attach leg chains.

Very sad that todays youngsters aspire to jail chic...
